Ranch Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 (15 oz) cans chick peas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for topping if desired
- 2 Tbsp tahini (optional)
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 medium clove fresh garlic, peeled
- 2 (1 oz) pkgs. - Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cup water, as needed
- Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Add chick peas, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and seasoning mix to a food processor.
- Add in 1/4 cup water then blend mixture until it is smooth, about 4 minutes, while adding in more water to thin as desired.
- Note that the dip will thicken as it’s sits and once it is chilled, you can thin with more water as needed.
- Plate and swirl then drizzle in more olive oil and garnish with parsley if desired. Store in refrigerator.
