Toffee Apple Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. toffee bits
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer, whip together cream cheese with brown sugar until smooth and fluffy, about 1 minute. Reserve 1 Tbsp toffee bits then fold in remainder.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle top with remaining 1 toffee bits. Serve with apple slices. Best served day prepared. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
