Whipped Greek Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 2% or whole thick Greek yogurt, such as Fage
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add Greek yogurt, heavy cream, honey and vanilla bean paste to a medium mixing bowl.
  • Whip mixture on medium speed for about 30 seconds, then increase to high speed and whip until medium stiff peaks form, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Serve as a topping to desserts or crepes, pair with granola or fresh fruit.
